Uriel Rubinov

Uriel Rubinov is the Founder and Senior Partner of Rubinov Global, where he serves as a strategist and senior advisor to companies, investors, and principals navigating complex opportunities at the intersection of business, government, capital, and international markets. He brings more than two decades of experience spanning capital markets, government and defense contracting, real estate, construction, and international business development. Mr. Rubinov began his career on Wall Street, working in securities trading, wealth management, and investment banking, including with JPMorgan Chase. He later expanded into government contracting and infrastructure, leading and supporting multimillion-dollar construction and infrastructure projects for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Air Force. Delivering projects within highly regulated and security-sensitive environments gave him firsthand experience with federal procurement, contracting, compliance, and execution—experience that continues to inform his strategic and government relations advisory work today. In 2015, Mr. Rubinov participated in proceedings before the High Court in London that contributed to a precedent-setting clarification of insolvency law. The resulting decision facilitated a reorganization involving a publicly traded company valued at more than $6 billion and approximately 2,000 shareholders. Today, Mr. Rubinov advises on cross-border initiatives spanning defense and national security, energy and critical infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and strategic technologies, real estate, commodities, and capital strategy. His work frequently involves complex or emerging markets where commercial objectives intersect with government policy, regulatory considerations, national interests, and barriers to market entry. He is particularly active in initiatives that align private capital and commercial enterprise with public-sector priorities, including public-private partnerships, sovereign and government-related transactions, strategic investment, privatization initiatives, and large-scale infrastructure and economic development programs. In addition to Rubinov Global, Mr. Rubinov leads Rubinov Group, a real estate, construction, and asset management organization. He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker and General Contractor and holds certifications in Construction Project Management and HUD Property Management.
